Kelly-Mae Matt (She/They)

A fiction writer stuck between words and worlds, my aim is to create the kinds of stories that you can fall into, even if it is for a brief moment in time.

I am inspired by the world that surrounds us, from the colours that filter our vision to the nature that takes our breath away with every corner we turn. I take from feelings we experience and desire to bring emotions to life in the things we would not consider. More than anything, I wish to capture this world that we live in, and bring it to life through my words.

As of now, I pen Flash and Micro Fiction, and currently attend University as a Masters student of Creative Writing.

My pronouns are she/they, and I identify as ace and panromantic. Of course, I am also a pen romantic, because who doesn't love a good pen?
